Arcam presents the exhibition of the Amsterdam Architecture Prize 2026. In this exhibition you will discover the ten nominated projects that are competing for the title of best building in Amsterdam.

From a large number of completed and visited projects, Arcam’s Programme Council selected the following buildings for the AAP 2026 (listed in alphabetical order with project name, architect, and client):

Through photography, models, floor plans, film fragments and stories, you get a unique insight into the architecture that has shaped the city over the past year. What makes these buildings special? How do they contribute to their surroundings? And what do they say about the future of Amsterdam?
The winner of both the professional jury prize and the public prize will be announced during the festive award ceremony on 10 June 2026. The special location will be announced soon.
The exhibition can be seen at Arcam from 27 March to 30 August 2026. Come and explore, and help decide the best architecture in Amsterdam. As a visitor, we also want to hear your opinion!
