Op het Talk of the Town Prikbord ontdek je het verhaal achter de renovatie van het Amsterdam Museum, gevestigd in het voormalige Burgerweeshuis aan de Kalverstraat.
In 2017, a design competition was launched. Five architecture firms submitted their visions for the museum’s future. The winning proposal by Neutelings Riedijk Architecten (2018) is built around four core values: space, accessibility, visibility and sustainability.
This mini-exhibition shows how past and future come together in a renewed museum for all Amsterdammers.
