During the Amsterdam Architecture Month, we hand over the keys of the Arcam pavilion. All events and exhibitions are initiated and organised by others, under the supervision of Arcam.
From 27 June to 2 July, Arcam’s gallery features a stone-by-stone installation unravelling elements of the (Amsterdam) pavement.
With this installation, Studio Un Oeuf is Un Oeuf creates a piece of pavement that can be discovered step by step.
Wimke Dekker, who graduated from the Gerrit Rietveld Academy in Architectural Design and Urban Geography at the UvA, and Ella Gijselhart, who graduated in photography at the HKU, together run an interdisciplinary studio entitled Un oeuf is Un oeuf. Playfully and with their own visual language, they develop installations, (online) zines and visual archives in which observations, fantasy and wonder are explored
